No account required

Bright Days does not require you to create an account. Cloud612 Pty Ltd does not operate account services, advertising tracking, analytics, cloud sync, or cloud backup services for Bright Days.

Information stored on your device

Your journal entries, settings, reminders, demo data, backups, and attachments are stored locally on your device. They remain on your device unless you choose to export, share, import, or restore them using app features or iOS sharing options.

Photos and camera access

If you choose to attach photos to gratitude items, the app may ask for access to your camera or photo library. Photo access is used only so you can add or save photos that you select.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Bright Days uses local notifications on your device. Reminder details are handled locally and can be changed or disabled in the app or through iOS settings.

App lock and local authentication

If you enable app lock, Bright Days may use Face ID or another local device authentication method supported by your iPhone. Authentication is handled by iOS; the app does not receive or store your biometric data.

Backups, exports, imports, and restores

Bright Days includes local backup, export, import, and restore features. When you use these features, you control where exported files are saved or shared. Files you share outside the app are handled by the destinations and services you choose.

Third-party services

The app does not send your journal content to Cloud612 Pty Ltd or to third-party analytics, advertising, or sync services. If you use iOS sharing, backup, or storage services outside the app, those services may process files according to their own privacy policies.
